Have not yet tested if the seat belt clicks in properly - My car is older - think it will fit as I have another that looks a bit like this one - also Ezy Dog - and it fits the seatbelt slot and car registers seat belt is fitted -- thus this one should also fit into the slot and be better - because of the Zero Shock -

It would better if it has tethering function for uncompatible cars. Also, if it has piggyback function for those who has two dogs and on one belt buckle.
