We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $100. We also offer Express Shipping on orders for a flat rate of $15.95. All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping

If you’ve purchased a Harness that doesn't fit your pup correctly, we can provide a free consultation to help. You can also return your Harness within 30 days (unused of course) and we will happily exchange it. If you’re not happy with the product, we offer refunds as well. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and instructions via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, our customer support team can also readily assist you.

The DRIVE Harness underwent an intensive development phase spanning just over 2 years, which included rigorous materials and design testing. This comprehensive testing process was carried out by an independent group with certification to assess and approve various automotive products, ranging from seat belts and child seats to 4WD bull bars and ambulance stretchers. Their expertise extends to testing products for reputable brands like Holden and KIA, as well as numerous local and international manufacturers. In particular, testing for compliance with both EU and Australian standards was conducted at a minimum speed of 48 kph, aligning with the Australian Standard speed for all similar assessments. Some of the tests even exceeded speeds of 50 kph, highlighting the harness's robust performance in meeting the requirements of International standards. The DFD (Dog Flotation Device) and DFD BOOST share a common goal: to ensure your dog's safety in the water. However, there are distinct differences between the two styles. The DFD Boost boasts an updated, more ergonomic design with slightly thinner foam, offering greater freedom of movement, which makes it an excellent choice for active dogs. On the other hand, if your dog is a stockier breed, has an injury or impairment or on the slower side, we recommend the Standard DFD for added support and stability. Regardless of your choice, both styles are crafted using the highest quality materials, prioritising your dog's safety and comfort above all else.

We use a range of materials on the products. We prioritise durability and safety in our products. Stainless Steel is a material known for its strength and resistance to rust and corrosion, and we use this on some key components we think require this type of metal. We use a variety of other corrosion-resistant materials or coatings to make our products last, chosen based on their compatibility with other materials used in the product construction.

Measuring your dog for a harness is essential to ensure a comfortable fit. Typically, you'll need to measure your dog's girth (around the widest part of the chest) and sometimes their neck circumference. Most of our products are machine washable but can be easily cleaned by hand. We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down or a lukewarm hand wash, then dry in the shade, before choosing a gentle machine wash, preferably done in a laundry bag.

EzyDog Australia guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.
